1.1. Our Clear Action-Based Refund Guarantee On DG Feng Shui Course Purchases:

We stand behind the ability of our courses to get you results when you spend the time studying and implementing what you learn. Because of this, we simply ask that you give the course a fair attempt. The programs and services come with an action-based 14-day money-back guarantee.

To qualify for a refund, you must simply do the following within 14 days of your purchase date:

  • The member has logged into the training at least once.
  • The member has watched at least 50% of the training.
  • The member has joined the private group (if applicable).
  • The member must submit all assigned homework for us to check it.
  • Make an honest attempt. This means you put effort in over the 14-day period. An example of an “honest” attempt would be applying the work over a 14-day period and actively participating in the training.

We are extremely lenient on this, and as long as you put in some sort of genuine effort, we are more than happy to issue your refund.

We have this guarantee to protect the value of our information and coaching. It is our responsibility to train and coach you to the best of our efforts. It is your responsibility to apply the training and coaching.

If you do not get results after applying, then it is our fault, and we will happily refund you instantly. If you have spent at least RM100 on ads related to the course content, we will reimburse you RM100 of your ad spend. If you do not apply the training, it is unfortunately your fault.

As long as you intend to use this program and do the bare minimum above, you have absolutely zero risk.

1.2. Refund Process:

To request a refund under Clause 1.1, you must adhere to the following steps:

  • All requests for refunds must be made within the 14-day guarantee period, starting from your date of purchase. Requests received after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Submit your refund request along with all required supporting documents (proving you met the action-based criteria outlined in Clause 1.1) via email to dgfengshui01@gmail.com.
  • DG Feng Shui shall not be obligated to provide and/or find any information to support your refund request, nor will any information submitted via methods other than email be considered when assessing the validity of your refund request.
  • Once your request is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days (usually 5-10 business days), depending on your bank or payment processor.
1.3. Non-Refundable Situations:

Please note that refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • If the refund request is made after the 14-day guarantee period has expired.
  • If the member has not fulfilled the action-based criteria outlined in Clause 1.1.
  • For services that have been fully rendered or consumed (e.g., one-on-one coaching sessions that have already taken place).
  • For any products or services explicitly stated as non-refundable at the time of purchase.
